We would like to introduce you to some details about delivery on this page.
In order to ensure a fast and smooth shipment of your orders, we have two reliable partners with whom we work closely together: Deutsche Post World Net with DHL, the express and logistics service provider and United Parcel Service the largest parcel delivery service in the world and leading logistics company in the world Carriage of goods of all kinds.
With the DHL PAKET we can ship parcels within Germany up to 31.5 kilograms. As a rule, the parcels arrive at the recipient within Germany the next working day after the dispatch of mascots24. If you urgently need the goods at a certain time, we ALWAYS recommend you to book an express delivery. After handing over the goods to the forwarding company, the responsibility goes to the buyer or forwarding company. We expressly point out that the Mascott24 has no influence / responsibility (even in case of loss or delay) on the exact delivery of DHL Post AG. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by the carrier. Liability for loss or damage of the goods is only up to € 500.00 for an order included. For a surcharge of 20,00 € you can additionally insure the package up to 2,500.00 € against loss.
When the delivery can be made depends on the respective mascot costume item. For this you will find information about the delivery time for the articles in the detail view. The exact delivery time depends on additional factors, such as Prepayment, changes to the costume, material storage or production capacity. Shipping is only after payment in advance. A direct pick-up on site is not possible !! Packaging & shipping costs or bulky goods surcharge will always be charged. We ask for your understanding that information about the term can only be non-binding and only provide orientation for our customers, within which period a shipment usually reaches the recipient. However, this is not a guarantee. Accordingly, we assume no liability for costs incurred for not punctual delivery.
If an item is not available, you will receive a written notification. Up to 10 working days after confirmed delivery date, the goods can still be delivered. Our delivery is subject to the proviso that we ourselves are supplied with materials on time and correctly. Compensation for late delivery is excluded, as far as there is no gross negligence on our part. Moreover, the risk passes to the handover of the goods to a freight forwarder or carrier, at the latest, however, when leaving the warehouse to the buyer. We are not liable for the delay caused by the carrier eg. DHL POST AG is in debt. Please note our specials for "return" and "shipping & delivery" of our products from our terms and conditions.
For shipments to countries outside Europe or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties and customs duties may apply. The fees depend on the respective delivery country. Exact fees can be obtained from the local customs office. All fees are to be borne by the client.

We have a small portion of standard costumes in stock so you can quickly get to easter bunnies, Santa Clauses or the most sought after costumes.
Most of the costumes, however, are made only after an order, which enables us to better respond to any color requests or logo imprints.

How much is shipping and how fast is delivery? In the tables below you will find all the information about shipping and delivery conditions.
The delivery time depends on the costume type and current production situation. If you want to know exactly, please contact us, we will gladly give you a detailed information.
If you want an appointment because you or the customer needs it as fast as possible, we recommend an express delivery! A direct pickup is not possible !!
The goods are usually shipped between 03 to 23 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on the type of costume and current order situation !! (After ordering you will receive the exact delivery date)
Standard costumes> approx. 03 to 05 working days (Price group 499,00 € to 1.400,00 €)
Premium costumes> approx. 20 to 23 working days (price group 2.090,00 € to 2.500,00 €)
Without special requests such as color change, logo printing or extra accessories! plus shipping time to the respective countries (see information under shipping)
Example: Bunny Running Costume 74p (from 499,00 €) Production approx. 03 to 05 working days + average delivery time 02 to 05 working days within Germany
Example: Hase running costume 102h5-05 (from 2.199,00 €) Production approx. 20 to 23 working days + average delivery time 02 to 05 workdays within Germany

Please note that the express shipping does not accelerate the production time, but only the shipping!
National Express Shipping> Order including prepayment must be completed by 13:00 clock
International Express Shipping> Order including prepayment must be completed by 13:30 clock

Important note for invoices without 19% VAT. Delivery EU (e.g. Austria) & third countries (e.g. Switzerland)
For an invoice without 19% VAT we need your:
- Company identification number (VAT ID number)
- Company name
- Legal form
- Location
- POSTCODE
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the VAT at a later date.
Outside the EU, the export declaration is electronically registered with customs via a forwarding agent in third countries such as Switzerland from a goods value of more than €1,000.00.
For the customs clearance, extra customs papers must be made, these will be charged to each customer depending on the value of the goods from €100.00 after shipping. We cannot display these costs in the shopping cart, as they have to be made individually each time. The invoice for the customs papers will be sent to the customer after the goods have been shipped!
We reserve the right to charge a deposit equal to the VAT amount for every customer who receives an invoice without 19% VAT. The customer is obliged to send us the (customs documents) proof of the taxes paid in the respective countries within 2 weeks of the arrival of the goods. After receipt of the burden of proof, the customer will be refunded the deposit in the amount of the respective VAT.
