Withdrawal & cancellation policy

Consumers do not have a right of withdrawal allowing them to revoke an order for custom-produced goods without providing specific reasons. Commercial customers—or self-employed individuals acting in a professional capacity—likewise possess no right of withdrawal, even if specific reasons are provided.

Our products are custom-made items produced specifically for each order, exactly as depicted in the product images. Consequently, you may not exchange or return products simply because they do not meet your personal taste or expectations. This exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies because the items are custom-manufactured goods, in accordance with Section 312d, Paragraph 4, No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). You will receive the goods exactly as they are depicted in the product images.

The purchase contract may be rescinded only in the event of an incorrect product delivery or a significant change to the scheduled delivery date (defined as a delay of 10 or more business days beyond the agreed-upon date). This right of rescission does not apply, however, if the goods were dispatched on time and the delay was caused by the transport carrier (e.g., DHL POST AG). If you placed an order via email or through our online shop, you may cancel the order—either by telephone or in writing—only within 14 business days of the order date (and prior to shipment). This cancellation option applies only if your advance payment has not yet been received or confirmed by us.

Consequences of a possible cancellation

You will be charged at least 40% of the invoice amount. Since a production of your order has already begun or is finished. In exceptional cases (not for costume orders with changes to the costume), the return is without a fee for unused goods / Orignal Packaged and stained possible. If you have already paid in advance, you will be refunded the difference / order value without shipping costs after crediting your payment on our account, in advance (prepayment, PayPal, cash or check) by crediting to your respective account.

(No exchange after completion possible with deviations of the color) With a return from a goods delivery you have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered commodity corresponds to the ordered. Otherwise, the return is free for you.

The return postage sufficient postage and under no circumstances send unfree, non-free sent returns are not accepted.
